Refund policy

Effective October 23, 2026

Our free teardown lets you see our work before you spend anything. When you do pay, here's exactly when you can get your money back.

The short version

  • Changed your mind about an audit, Sprint or fix before we start? You get a full refund.
  • Once work starts, payments aren't refundable, with two exceptions below: an audit that isn't a fit, and a Sprint we end. For Sprints, work starts at kickoff.
  • Leak Watch can be canceled anytime and stops at the end of the month.

The lasttap Audit ($500)

You get a full refund if you ask before work starts. Work starts when you give us access to your store or ad account. After that, the audit isn't refundable. If we find before starting that the audit isn't a good fit for your store, for example because your ad spend is too low for it to pay off, we'll tell you before doing any work and offer a full refund. You choose: take the refund, or have us go ahead. We won't start until you decide, and if we don't hear back within 14 days, we'll refund you in full.

Fix Sprint and Mini Sprint deposits

Your deposit is fully refundable until your kickoff. After kickoff, it isn't refundable, because we've reserved your slot and started building. The balance is invoiced on delivery and due within 7 days. If we're the ones who end a Sprint, we refund any part of your payment for work we haven't done.

Single fix

You get a full refund if you ask before work starts. After that, it isn't refundable.

Leak Watch

Cancel anytime by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month, and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for unused days.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@lasttap.co from the address you paid with. We reply within 1 business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank usually shows them within 5–10 business days.

If something went wrong, please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We'd rather make it right directly.
